 Delivery of goods

We will deliver the goods to your specified address or to the terminal in Lithuania.

The cost of delivery depends on the total weight and volume of purchased goods. A large part of our goods are volumetric (large goods, their low value). The exact cost of delivery, according to the volume and weight of the goods, the system will automatically count in your shopping cart.

Delivery to Neringa (Curonian Spit) is coordinated separately, please contact us.

All shipments are assigned a shipment tracking number by which you can track their location on the website.

Goods in warehouses are delivered within 1-2 days.d. since confirmation of payment (after confirmation of payment, the status of the order in the system changes to "order is executed"). Transportation services are carried out by our partners: Venipak, Omniva, LP E Sistepress and DPD. Each of your orders is executed as quickly as possible.

Shipments may be delayed if you incorrectly indicated your delivery address, Zip code, phone number, or if the Courier did not find you at the scheduled delivery time.

When picking up goods, be sure to inspect all packages and boxes well. Packaging can not be damaged. If you notice that the boxes arrived untidy-torn, slanted, open or otherwise physically damaged-you may not accept such a shipment.
