    1.1. UAB "Papermedia" (hereinafter – "company") respects all buyers of its services, potential customers (who have tried the services, but have not become customers) and all Papermedia.lt the right to privacy of visitors to the website (hereinafter "website") (hereinafter "customers") and undertakes to ensure the protection of the personal data provided and received. The company also takes care of ensuring the rights of customers as data subjects.
    1.2. This Privacy Policy regulates the basic principles and procedures for collecting, processing and storing personal data of the company's clients.
    1.3. By using the website, as well as by ordering or using the services offered by the company in any form and providing the company with your personal data, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.     2. What concepts are used
    2.1. 'Personal data' means any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject); an identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by an identifier such as a name, personal identification number, location data and an online identifier, or by one or more attributes of the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
    2.2. Data subject-a natural person-the client of the company (including visitors to the website), whose personal data is collected by the company.
    2.3. Consent of the data subject - any freely given, specific and unambiguous expression of the will of a properly informed data subject by a statement or unambiguous action by which he agrees to the processing of personal data relating to him.
    2.4.     2.5. 'Processor' means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
    2.6.     2.7. Direct marketing is an activity intended to contact a customer by mail, telephone or other direct means and to offer goods or services and / or to ask their opinion on the goods or services offered, including in an automated manner.

    4.1. The company collects and subsequently processes the personal data of the client, which you provide yourself when using and ordering services on the site or ordering services in another way: Name, Surname, personal code (optional), address, e-mail address. e-mail address, phone number, and other data related to the specifics of ordering services.     5.2. The company processes the above personal data of the client for processing, execution and administration of the purchase/order of goods (services), processing of accounting documents related to the order of goods (services), administering arrears, fulfilling other obligations arising from the purchase and sale agreement, for direct marketing purposes (with the prior consent of the data subjects).
    5.3.     6.2. The right to access your personal data that we store.
    You have the right to access the personal data you process and information about their processing, such as the purposes of the processing of personal data, categories of personal data, recipients of personal data, etc. We have the right to refuse to provide the data processed by you if the circumstances specified in the legislation are identified, in the event of which the personal data are not provided.
    6.3. The right to rectify your personal data that we store.

    6.4. The right to request that we delete your personal data.
    You may exercise this right when: (i) personal data is no longer needed to achieve the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed; (ii) you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal basis for processing the data; (iii) you do not agree to the processing of personal data for the legitimate interest of us or a third party; (iv) personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, (v) personal data has been processed illegally; (vi) personal data must be deleted in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation. You will not be able to exercise this right due to applicable exceptions, i.e.y. in cases where the processing of personal data is necessary to: (i) exercise freedom of expression and information; (ii) fulfil our legal obligations; or (iii) assert, enforce or defend legal claims.
    6.5. The right to restrict the processing of your personal data.
    This right may be exercised in the following cases: (I) when you dispute the accuracy of the personal data; (ii) when the personal data is processed unlawfully but you do not want it to be deleted; (iii) when the personal data is no longer needed by us for the purposes of processing, but you request it for the purpose of filing, enforcing or defending legal claims, or (iv) if you do not consent to their processing on the basis of a legitimate interest of us or a third party, pending verification of the grounds for your disagreement.
