Return

Defects in sold goods are eliminated, quality goods are changed / returned, poor quality goods are changed, returned in accordance with 2001. 11 June Government of the Republic of Lithuania Decree No. 697 approved retail trade rules, Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other applicable legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. Money for returned goods in all cases is transferred only to the payer's bank account.

In order to return a quality product (s), the buyer can do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer, informing the seller by means of communication indicated in the Contact section, indicating the name of the returned product, the order number and the reasons for the return. Defective goods can be returned if defects are identified within the shelf life of the product

When the buyer returns / exchanges the goods, the following conditions must be observed:
the returned item must be in its original neat packaging;
the item must be undamaged by the buyer;
the product must be unused ,have not lost its marketable appearance (intact labels, unbuttoned protective film, etc.).) (this item does not apply in the case of Return of a defective item);
the returned item must be of the same configuration as the buyer received it;
when returning the product, it is necessary to provide a document for its purchase.

The seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the buyer if the buyer does not comply with the terms of return.

When returning the received wrong product and / or defective product, the seller undertakes to withdraw such goods and replace them with similar suitable goods.

The seller must return to the buyer the money paid for the goods refused by the buyer to the buyer's account no later than fourteen days from the date on which he received the buyer's notice of withdrawal. The seller may not return the amounts paid to the buyer until the goods have been returned to the seller.

When returning or exchanging quality goods, the buyer shall not be refunded the cost of delivery of the goods paid to the seller.

When returning or exchanging goods, the cost of returning the goods falls on the buyer.
